I'm glad to receive Jack's invitation to write a customer feedback on our cooperation for many years for his website. We started business six years ago. As a purchasing manager of a large-scale gift company in the United States, I often purchase thermos water bottles in the Chinese market. Due to the diversity of purchase needs of gift customers, we need a thermos water bottle factory with more product styles as a stable supplier. After many supplier replacements, I met Jack and his company. To tell you the truth, his product is not the lowest price in the quotation I received. But if I have doubts about his price offer, Jack will explain the reasons for the offer in detail. Usually, his explanation is reasonable and in line with the actual situation of the market. I am also willing to sign the contract according to his price. Of course, as a purchaser, I very much hope that Jack can give me a lower price in future business cooperation, hahaha. Looking back on the six-year cooperation history, I am most satisfied with Jack's service, whether it is the detailed communication before product production, the quality control during production, or the after-sales service after goods delivery. Jack can always solve my doubts at the first time, even if sometimes it is midnight in China because of jet lag. In the future, without great changes in the external environment, I will still choose Jack to cooperate with his company, and there is little plan to change the thermos cup supplier in the short term. Long term cooperation makes us fully believe in each other, which is much more reliable than choosing new suppliers.

I met Jack at the Canton Fair in 2014. At the beginning, we simply communicated and obtained their company's product information at the exhibition. Because we had a relatively stable supplier of thermos cups before, the two sides did not discuss specific cooperation. Until 2016, our original suppliers failed to deliver orders in time for some reasons, resulting in great losses in our business activities, so we started a new round of thermos water bottle supplier selection activities. When Jack learned about this situation, he immediately contacted us and actively held a video meeting with us to let us know the latest production equipment and quality control mode of their factory by means of real-time explanation. In order to further understand their production and delivery capacity, our company specially organized a field visit, including several other Chinese stainless steel vacuum bottle factories. Through comprehensive evaluation, Jack and his company received high scores and won our trust. Since then, we have cooperated with several smaller orders, which can be delivered in time, and the products and customized projects meet our expectations. Since then, our two sides have started closer cooperation until now. In 2020, we cooperated in a total of more than US $4 million stainless steel insulation vessel project. Considering the expansion of business activities in the future, we may increase the order.

Our company is a membership lunch supplier, providing customized lunch supply services for staff working in CBD area. For the sake of health and environmental protection, we have abandoned disposable plastic lunch boxes as food containers. Therefore, we urgently need a healthy and environmentally friendly material to store food, so as to ensure the temperature and freshness of the food when it is delivered to customers. Previously, we have found several manufacturers of stainless steel insulation utensils in the local market, but the effect is not very satisfactory. Finally, we found their company through our friends in China, because they have had successful solutions before. After the simple design and transformation of stainless steel insulation utensils, we carried out small batch production. After putting into use, our customers' satisfaction with lunch delivery service has been significantly improved. Even for this reason, we have opened up new markets in two cities. In view of this, we have added an order for stainless steel insulation vessels so that our lunch supply service can reach more cities. They also perfectly provided corresponding products, which provided a solid foundation for our commercial market share expansion. In the future, we will continue to purchase their products to replace the previous damaged and old products. We look forward to long-term cooperation between us.

Therefore, two months later, our customized stainless steel vacuum jar was successfully delivered. After it was put on the market, it was greatly welcomed. There were also online celebrities who did product publicity for us free. So that we have to change the purchase quantity of the order many times in a short time. Nevertheless, their company still efficiently solved these problems for us without a complaint. For this reason, I am very grateful to them.
